Sedrak Mamulyan

In 2007, together with his partners, Sedrak founded the “Development and Preservation of Armenian Culinary Traditions” public organization, and he is the president of this organisation up to now. From 2011 to 2019, he worked at the Department of Tourism of the Yerevan State University of Languages and Social Sciences of Valeriy Brusov as a teacher of the department of national and world cuisine. In 2012, he founded Ararat Cuisine » CJSC and the « Sedrak Mamulyan » Culinary Studio, which allows to pass on culinary experience and the historical and practical skills of world cuisine to the next generation, as well as participate in a number of international culinary competitions. Since 2010, he has been leading a number of culinary programs.
